Payment Terms

Account Ownership & Control

You retain full ownership of your OnlyFans account at all times. We operate as your management service and will access your account only to provide the agreed-upon services. You maintain final approval over all content and strategic decisions. You may access your account at any time.

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Create and provide content as agreed in your service plan
• Respond to management communications in a timely manner
• Comply with all platform rules and applicable laws
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary strategies we provide
• Provide accurate performance data and account access when needed

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with our services or systems
• Share our proprietary strategies with competitors
• Create content that violates platform policies

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. We retain all rights to our proprietary strategies, methodologies, and business processes. Any materials we create for your account (graphics, copy, etc.) become your property upon payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms outlined in your contract. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• Your account is suspended or banned by OnlyFans
• You fail to meet payment obligations

Upon termination, we will cease all management activities and return access credentials. Outstanding payments must be settled according to your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kestos Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes your personal information, earnings data, and our proprietary strategies. We will not disclose your identity or use you in case studies without your explicit consent.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law
